This course focuses on supporting babies’ development within early years settings, highlighting their specific care and learning needs. Learners will understand the importance of secure attachments, responsive care and consistent routines. The course explores communication through non-verbal cues, early language and interaction through play. It also covers creating safe, nurturing environments that support exploration and development. Learners will understand the key person role in building strong relationships with babies and families.
